Minimizing the stress and emotional drain you experience when packing, organizing, and moving your stuff.
Why does planning your move even matter?
In my twenty years of experience, any change in life situations has proven more emotional than clients expected. What seemed like a straightforward idea turns into days of arguing and resentment over the amount of personal property that needed to be organized and sifted through. I want to minimize the stress and emotional drain it takes a client to move. As a realtor, I see relationships crumble over who threw away mom and dad's photos. Arguments escalate over the distribution of responsibility. I have the resources for manpower, storage offsite, and more importantly the ability to prevent more damage to relationships.
Who likes moving? Actually, I do...
Hi, I’m Madeleine
I've spent most of my life moving and grew up with my own moving boxes perpetually stored in my closet. I moved every 2 years as a child and remembered how fun it was to pack up my stuff and know I'm going to a new place of adventure.
Fast forward to today, I can see why my clients hate moving. It's overwhelming but it can be very liberating with the right type of planning. Think of it as a time to part with items that no longer serve you and the chance to create your space in a more intended manner.
I love traveling and doing research on the real estate in that city.
I love watching SF Giants play in Scottsdale during spring training.
I love museums, especially car museums, I try to visit 1 museum on every trip I go on.
I love making new friends from different walks of life.
I love eating and enjoy anything pistachio.
